NNTT Production to be screened at National Centre for the Performing Arts (Beijing, China)
On the 10th of October, NNTT's production Turandot, which was performed in July 2019, will be screened for free at National Centre for the Performing Arts in Beijing, China.
Giacomo PUCCINI's glorious final opera Turandot was newly produced by Spanish director Àlex OLLÉ and presented at our Opera Palace as a co-production with Tokyo Bunka Kaikan in Summer 2019 as the part of Summer Festival Opera 2019-20 Japan↔Tokyo↔World.
Turandot performed in 2019
OLLÉ's bold ideas and strongly coherent vision on his production had an instant success. Also, it received numerous reactions on Social Media when NNTT streamed the recording of this production during last year's "Stay-at-home period" in Japan.
We are delighted to present this production to the audience in China.
