The National Ballet of Japan's "The Sleeping Beauty" will be available on DVD Book
The National Ballet of Japan (NBJ)'s production of "The Sleeping Beauty" choreographed by Wayne EAGLING which premiered in October 2014, will be released as DVD Book this week.
EAGLING's breathtakingly beautiful staging has been praised as "simply luxurious"; choreography by Wayne EAGLING maintains a classical style while also introducing modern sensibilities.
The DVD Book includes the full-length recording of "The Sleeping Beauty", the introduction of the work (written in Japanese) and extra footage including an interview with Principal dancers and clips from behind the scene.
The book is available at bookshops and internet bookstores in Japan from the 26th of October.
