[Notice] Educational Programme vol.1 Welcome to the Cinderella Castle! (26-27 February) Cancelled & Ticket Refund
We performed COVID-19 testing on people involved in Educational Programme vol.1 Welcome to the Cinderella Castle! (26-27 February) yesterday and the test revealed several positive results for the virus.
In light of this development, we are unable to prepare for the performance and have decided to cancel all performances. We sincerely apologize for the concern this matter will cause our patrons and all others involved.
We, NNTT will continue to prevent the spread of infection in the interests of giving the utmost priority to the safety and security of our patrons, as well as that of our staff and cast members.
Please understand that we are unable to provide answers to any inquiries concerning the privacy of individuals.

Ticket Refund
Patrons who purchased the tickets can receive a refund.
Refund method depends on how you bought your ticket. Please see as follows.
1. By Web Box Office of the New National Theatre, Tokyo
Tickets purchased online will automatically be refunded to your credit card.
2. By telephone or at the Box Office in the theatre.
