New National Theatre, Tokyo had considered the feasibility of holding New Opera with Children and an Android "Super Angels", which was scheduled for August 22nd - 23rd, however due to being a large-scale production involving soloists, a choir, children's choirs, ballet dancers, actors, an orchestra, and an android, we deemed it difficult at this point to conduct rehearsals and hold the actual performance while appropriately implementing COVID-19 prevention measures, and consequently decided to cancel the performances in this summer.

We will prepare for this production while considering rescheduling it for next summer. We are also planning to notify patrons of progress via video.

Furthermore, we have decided to cancel both Drama The Glass Menagerie and Ballet Asteras Special 2020 -World Ballet School Festival & Asteras Gala- scheduled for September 11th - 14th and September 12th - 13th respectively due to no clear outlook on when Japan's international travel restrictions for the prevention of COVID-19 will be eased.

We have also decided to cancel the performances by NNT Opera Studio, which was scheduled for early August, as preparations for the performances are unable to proceed according to plan.
