Concerning January and February performances in line with the state-of-emergency declaration (Update on 14 Jan.)
New National Theatre, Tokyo (NNTT) holds performances while thoroughly implementing measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19, however in light with the Japanese government's declaration of a state of emergency affecting Tokyo, Chiba, Saitama, and Kanagawa, we have made the below changes to our January and February performances, ticket sales, and so forth.
Opera "Tosca"
- Performance schedule
We have changed the opening time of night performance on the 3rd February.
The perfomance starts at 17:00 instead of 19:00. - Ticket sales
Booking for the performances on 23, 25, 28, 31 Jan. Opens: 2020 12 Dec. (Sat) 10:00
Booking for the performances on 3 Feb. Opens: 2021 22 Jan. (Fri) 10:00
For all other performances, ticket sales ended for those performances which have exceeded 50% of the overall seating capacity as of 6 pm, January 11th. Performances which have not reached 50% of overall capacity will continue until they reach 50%.The tickets are sold for all seats as normal (except the seats in rows 1-3 on the 1st Floor).
*Day tickets (including Z seats) will be sold only for performances which have not reached 50% overall seating capacity. (Update on the 14th of January)

Opera "Le Nozze di Figaro"
- Performance schedule
We have changed the opening time of night performance on the 9th February.
The perfomance starts at 16:30 instead of 18:30. - Ticket sales
Booking for the performances on 7, 11, 14 Feb. Opens: 2021 16 Jan. (Sat) 10:00
Booking for the performances on 9 Feb. Opens: 2021 25 Jan. (Mon) 10:00
The tickets will be sold for all seats as normal (except the seats in rows 1-3 on the 1st Floor).
It will end for those performances which will have reached 50% of the overall seating capacity.
Day tickets (including Z seats) will be sold only for performances which have not reached 50% overall seating capacity.
NNTT may hold additional ticket sales if the state of emergency is lifted and requirements for holding events are relaxed prior to the respective performance dates.

NNT Drama Studio "History of Mizuho in MANILA"
- Performance schedule
We have changed the opening time of night performances on the 19th & 22nd February.
The performances start at 17:00 instead of 18:30. - Ticket sales
Tickets for the above performances are valid for the performances after the opening times have been adjusted.
Patrons who wish to cancel their tickets will receive a refund. We will contact the patron individually regarding the details.
Including the above-mentioned two performances, general ticket sales for all performance days will commence at 10 a.m. on January 13th.
The tickets will be sold for all seats as normal. It will end for those performances which will have reached 50% of the overall seating capacity.
Day tickets (including Z seats) will be sold only for performances which have not reached 50% overall seating capacity.
NNTT may hold additional ticket sales if the state of emergency is lifted and requirements for holding events are relaxed prior to the respective performance dates.

Ballet "The Sleeping Beauty"

All performances will be held as per the original schedule. - Ticket sales
Ticket sales shall take place as per the original schedule.
The tickets will be sold for all seats as normal (except the seats in rows 1-3 on the 1st Floor). It will end for those performances which will have reached 50% of the overall seating capacity.
Day tickets (including Z seats) will be sold only for performances which have not reached 50% overall seating capacity.
NNTT may hold additional ticket sales if the state of emergency is lifted and requirements for holding events are relaxed prior to the respective performance dates.

As of this point in time, we plan to hold performances from March onward and their related ticket sales as per the announced schedule however this is subject to change depending on the COVID-19 situation.
