Japanese government announced that a state of emergency will take effect from 12 July to 22 August. The New National Theatre, Tokyo (NNTT) will hold the performances during this period as planned, but we will take the following measures about the ticket sales following government restrictions on events.

As the state of emergency was extended through 31 August, we have updated the information regarding to the ticket sales for Ballet Asteras 2021 (28-29 Aug.) as follows.

-Drama "Reaction Process"(12-25 July)

For the evening performances on 12, 13 and 15 July, we will suspend tikcket sales at 18:00 on Sunday 11 July. There will be no day ticket (including Z seats) for these performances.

For the rest of the performances, we will suspend the ticket sales at 18:00 on Sunday 11 July. Tickets for the performances which have not reached 50% of the auditorium capacity go on sale at 10:00 on Monday 12th July until they reach 50%.
Day tickets (including Z seats) will be sold only for performances which have not reached the auditorium capacity of 50%.

-Opera "Carmen"(17, 19 July)
-NNT Opera Studio "Gianni Schicchi"(31 July, 1 August)
-Opera "Super Angels"(21, 22 August)

• As all the performances have now reached 50% of the auditorium capacity, we shall only continue to sell tickets until 18:00 on Sunday 11 July. No tickets will be sold after this deadline. No day tickets (including Z seats) will be available.
  
  

-Educational Programme for High School Students "Carmen"(13-16 July)
-Ballet"RYUUGUU-The Turtle Princess"(24-27 July)
-NNT Drama Studio"Little Boy, Big Typhoon"(5-8 August)

• We will suspend the ticket sales for all the performances at 18:00 on Sunday 11 July.
  Tickets for the performances which have not reached 50% of the auditorium capacity go on sale at 10:00 on Monday 12th July until they reach 50%.
  
  Day tickets (including Z seats) will be sold only for performances which have not reached the auditorium capacity of 50%.
  
  Ballet Asteras 2021 (28&29 August)
  

Ticket sales shall take place as per the original schedule, from 4 August.

The tickets will be sold for all seats as normal (except the seats in rows 1-3 on the 1st Floor). It will end for those performances which will have reached 50% of the auditorium capacity.

Day tickets (including Z seats) will be sold only for performances which have not reached 50% of the auditorium capacity.

Please note that patrons who decide not attending a performance in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 will receive a refund. Please contact our Box Office for a refund before the date of the performance.
